Ange brought her all every time which pushed me to give my all. She got me to do things like run club which I can promise you, I hated running beforehand and after a few months I was running 10k like it was nothing and I was loving it. Ange also provides a carefully curated program that worked for me every month and I saw results! The best part it is, no matter what it was you were doing, she was there 100% to guide you whether she was physically with you or checking in with you throughout the week. Ange is an amazing coach, mentor and friend and I honestly could not recommend her more.
I have been training with Ange for a about a year now. During that time she has helped me achieve and smash many goals. Most recently she encouraged me out of my comfort zone that little further to complete a 31.6km marathon! Along the way she has provided me with many tools to assist me, such as nutritional information and training regimes. I’ve been training with Ange for about 3 months. I’m proud of my consistency and and my drive to continue training I’m also really proud of shifting weight that hasn’t budged for years! I train for my mental and physical health. I am most focused on becoming the best version of myself and training is a step into that. It makes me feel 100% better in every aspect when i train.
