Hi! I’m Ange.
I’m a very fit girl with a fiery passion to help people like you live healthier, happier and hopefully longer lives through physical exercise.
I live a fitness lifestyle because life is better that way. I started out with what I came to know as little ‘gymterventions’, little workouts, runs or group sessions where I would go along simply to feel better or shift my mindset.
I discovered that through movement I found clarity and fulfillment, and so I just kept at it!
It led me to:
15 years of regularly adhering to my own training schedule of strength and conditioning training.
12 years competing as an amateur boxer, claiming various titles, golden gloves and a chance to represent my country at the world championships.
10 years competing as a trail and mountain runner, which I continue to do today.
13 years coaching experience helping people take control of their health and fitness.
Constantly chasing knowledge to better myself, so I could better my clients experiences … which led to studying Ba in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
And a massive amount of fulfillment from experiencing all of the above and helping others to experience their own journeys!
Aside from all that I’m a mum, a business owner, a student and a wife. I understand the pressures of daily life and I know how to manage training around them.
My number one mission in life is to help people live their best lives, I absolutely love watching my clients grow and thrive not only physically but also personally.
Once we are connected as coach and client I am invested in your success, I consider it such a pleasure and personal responsibility to get you to where you want to be on your health and fitness journey.
