Hi! I’m Coach Ange. I’m a very fit girl with a fiery passion to help people like you live healthier, happier and hopefully longer lives through physical exercise.
Why choose me?
I have:
12 years coaching experience helping people take control of their health and fitness.
Constantly updated fitness related qualifications (cert III and IV, Chek Institute qualifications, Athletics Australia, Boxing Australia, Australian Strength and Conditioning Association, just to name a few)
Ba in Education/Ba in Human Services (Teaching and Social Work)
Currently studying Ba in Clinical Exercise Physiology
Represented Australia in my sport (boxing)
Still competing actively as a professional boxer and mountain runner.
I also have first hand experience doing all of the above with structural scoliosis – a condition which has gifted me a deep understanding of how to work with the body to get optimal results with zero injury.
Aside from all that I’m a mum, a business owner, a student and a wife. I understand the pressures of daily life and I know how to manage training around them. My number one mission in life is to help people live their best lives, I absolutely love watching my clients grow and thrive not only physically but also personally. Once we are connected as coach and client I am invested in your success, I consider it such a pleasure and personal responsibility to get you to where you want to be on your health and fitness journey.
