When I had a knee injury, I couldn’t run and was limited in training options. Ange not only adjusted our training, but researched my injury, and suggested and arranged treatment options. Her genuine care for my well-being was unmistakable. I started training with Ange as I wanted motivation and also guidance as I had a hip injury which stemmed from an old coccyx injury. Ange has guided me back to strength and we are continuing to improve my techniques and underlying foundational strength issues. I’ve been training with Ange for about 3 months. I’m proud of my consistency and and my drive to continue training I’m also really proud of shifting weight that hasn’t budged for years! I train for my mental and physical health. I am most focused on becoming the best version of myself and training is a step into that. It makes me feel 100% better in every aspect when i train.
