We will listen to you, design plans around things you like to do and eat and make change as easy as we can.
We use a winning combination of daily movement activities, exercise programming and education and guidance around food to get you feeling comfortable in your own skin and loving your energy levels.
With this program you will get one on one training with our coaches, a tailored activity and exercise plan, one on one sessions with our dietitian and a tailored eating plan that includes all the foods you love, none of the foods you don’t AND works well with your lifestyle and budget.
Why a registered and accredited dietitian?
Have you ever been handed a meal plan from a PT that just doesn’t have enough food in it? Or even worse, the food takes 2 hours and costs $100 to per meal? Or worse still, you are supposed to eat rice and chicken and broccoli for every lunch and dinner?
This is the difference between registered, accredited dietitians and others operating in the nutrition space. Our dietitians want to help you enjoy food AND achieve your goals, not suffer your way to victory. Our number one goal is to get you happy, healthy and body confident.
And it’s actually really easy, once you have the right help and know how to do it.
Ange's Story
I was an athlete in a weight category sport. Like many other athletes in this situation I ended up with a very unhealthy relationship with food. I was scared to eat, I didn’t know what to eat when, and the anxiety of not knowing would sometimes stop me from eating at all! Then a few hours later I would be starving and gorge myself on food I knew wasn’t good for me.
I started working with our dietitians (yes, the exact same ones you will be using) and I haven’t looked back since. Many things I believed to be true about food that I had learned from the fitness industry I discovered just weren’t true! My favourite things I have learned are how to structure my food so I can eat the foods I love whenever I want to, what different serving sizes actually look like (it’s not what you think) and that I can have chocolate every day while still losing weight!
I love the confidence I have with food and how much that has improved the quality of my own life. Every aspect of my life is better with a great relationship with food, including my physical health, mental health, my personal relationships, my parenting, my athletic performance and my professional life.
Now, I’m on a mission to help others repair their own relationships with food.
